With over a decade of experience as a Chief Operating Officer for law firms—from start-ups to firms exceeding $30M in revenue—Chelsea brings deep operational expertise to law firms in Dallas and across the country. She is passionate about legal operations and partners with firm owners as a fractional COO to help them build scalable, profitable, and well-aligned businesses.

Chelsea has led every facet of law firm operations, including partner alignment and accountability, finance and billing, KPI development, operational processes and best practices, marketing and business development, and firm-wide strategic initiatives.

As an entrepreneur herself, Chelsea understands the realities of building and running a business. For more than three years, she owned and operated Engage – Workspace for Lawyers, a coworking space designed exclusively for attorneys. After successfully selling the business, she chose to focus entirely on growing her consulting practice and working closely with law firm owners nationwide.

Outside of client work, Chelsea stays busy—occasionally flipping houses for fun—but her favorite role is being a mom. She spends most of her free time keeping up with her 3 boys and visiting family.
