With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, and over 9 years experience as the Chief Operating Officer of a Dallas law firm, Chelsea is passionate about legal operations and is excited to offer her services on a fractional basis to law firms. Chelsea is experienced with all facets of running a law firm, including partner alignment and accountability, finance/billing, establishing key metrics, operational processes and best practices, marketing and business development, and leading strategic firm-wide initiatives. “Every law firm faces similar challenges in unique ways, and I love working with my clients to identify solutions that work best for them. That’s the type of challenge that keeps me really fulfilled.”
Chelsea understands the unique challenges and rewards that come from being an entrepreneur. For over 3 years she owned and operated a successful co-working space designed for attorneys, Engage - Workspace for Lawyers. She recently sold that business to focus solely on the growth of her consulting business.
Chelsea likes to stay as busy as possible, and can also be found serving as the fractional COO for her husband’s company, Rise Industrial Group, and flipping houses. But her favorite way to stay busy is by chasing around her toddlers and visiting family. “After I had kids, I decided if I was going to be spending time away from them and my husband, I wanted it to be for something I was truly passionate about. That’s the inspiration behind ING. This is it for me.”
